Our approach

Since then, the philosophy of our distillery has been intertwined with the Thessalian ideal.
Our driving force has always been our love for grape, water, and air —
the wind that rushes from the heights of Mount Olympus to our fertile plain,
the wind that helps our vineyards grow and thrive.

With devotion to our land and vineyards,
with passion for our uniquely aromatic grapes and rich must,
for four generations our wine has expressed elegance and excellence.
From our shadowed cellars, it returns refined —
to the glass and to the soul.

With inherited knowledge and an unquenchable desire,
deeply rooted in Tyrnavos and the Thessalian plain,
we shaped our own Xinomavro,
a member of the “4 Generations” family.

Through purple, ruby, and violet hues,
aromas of tomato, cherry, strawberry, and forest fruits emerge,
enriched with subtle notes of spice.

A wine that is balanced yet generous, with a soft finish,
perfectly paired with Greek cuisine, salads,
pasta with red sauces, pizza,
as well as exotic dishes.
